I asked my Bev is she wanted to go out for dinner today and she said no. She wanted me to do wings
on the grill. This I can handle! I marinated the wings for about 6 hours in Mojo Criollo. They were then
seasoned with BPS Sweet Money.
Put onto the Weber Performer using KBB and a couple small chunks of cherry wood.
Wings were just about done so I basted the ones on the right with Sweet Bay Rays and the ones on
the left were basted with Moore’s Honey BBQ wing sauce.
I had some jalapenos that needed to be eaten and some softened cream cheese. We didn’t have any
thawed bacon so I cut up some of the leftover pork grillers from the other night and decided to see
how they worked.
Wings are done!
Jalapenos on!
Jalapenos done!
Bev made some potato salad to go along with the wings and jalapenos.
Here’s your plate!
Delicious meal all the way around. This was the first time I have used the Moore’s Honey BBQ and it
is really good with a good bite to it. Not too hot as my wife said she could handle that heat but not
knowing until the wings were done I did half of them with Sweet Baby Rays.
