Quick Cook
« Reply #-1 on: May 17, 2014, 06:16:38 PM »
Needed some loin ribs,,,,,,, this time on my old 94 weber with hickory chips for smoke.  Oil, garlic salt, pepper, dash of onion powder and paprika.  Plated with some fresh greens cooked with salt pork ( didn't have ham hock ), Cesar salad on the side not shown.  Next time when I have more time,,,,,, add cornbread and white beans.

I did have this sauce on the side for those who wanted sauce.
