Another first for my pellet smoker
« Reply #-1 on: May 22, 2014, 01:52:56 AM »
tonight was my first attempt at good ole burgers and brats on the smoker.
lipton onion soup mix and dry ranch mix 2 packs each
4 pounds 70/30 mix with 1 pound lamb mixed in
Johnsonville brats original

One day I will learn to make a pretty plate like y'all do

low smoke for about 45 minutes them bumped the heat up to 400 to finish cooking through. lacking grill marks but the flavor was good.
