Been hankering for those sausage balls that Squirt did on his Meat Monster last weekend so here we go.......

Tossed my big ole Jimmy Dean right on the kitchen counter     it is mine, i bought it yesterday at Wal-Mart  ;)

Got out some celery, green peppers and white onion to get all chopped up

Sprinkled with Rub a Dub Rib Rub and set in freezer to tighten up....will catch ya at Supper-time!!

Here we go..first off thanks to Squirt for doing those sausage balls giving me this idea!

Got the sausage patties on with the grill set up for indirect grilling with beechnut for smoke

Slathered on some Country Bobs sauce

Put on the fried eggs to get em warm

Added the pepper jack cheese and topped off with a bisquit

Don't bother me...I'm eating  ;D

What did the family think about this meal??
