Grilled Sirloin Steak Fajitas
« Reply #-1 on: May 27, 2014, 11:23:31 PM »
I have had my eye on the thin cut sirloin steaks the last few trips to the store trying to decide how I could use them because they looked outstanding.

Tonight I decided the first try would be grilled sirloin steak fajitas.  I seasoned the steak with fajita seasoning (rubbed it on dry) and used the rest to season the veggies.

Red and orange bell pepper and onion (green bell's did not look good tonight).  Fried the pepper and onion on the side burner in the seasoning and a bit of oil.  I did a quick sear on the steak at 600 degrees (less than a minute per side) then put my tortillas on the grill with some cheese to melt.

The bride said it would be OK if I made these again  :D

I'd gladly take a couple, or five, of those fajitas. ;)  Sirloin is my favorite steak cut.
