Did i say meatloaf suprise
Took 2 large 1" thick chunks of meatloaf and sliced em in half.
Fired up my MC with some lump.
Got my AMZNPS going.
Going to give the ML a slather of this bbq sauce.
Took the thin slabs to the MC to get happy.
Got the AMZNPS going on the opposite end of the ML.
Close the lid and everyone is happy.
Back in the house. Might as well make it all smoked with some smoked swiss.
Smoked pickles and peppers.
Now back out to slather on some sauce.
Give em 3 mins a side.
All done.
Build time.
Other slice of bread on, now let the panini press do its thing.
