Bill Cannon is the president of Texas BBQ Rub. I have had many good conversations with him and he has even sent me samples of new rubs to try from time to time.

Bill would love these Texas style beef ribs Wendy and I did today:

4 racks of Yabba Dabba Doo ribs

Got Bill's Texas Wild and some thick wooster sauce

Wendy got em all happy for the smoker

After 4 hours at 225 on to the grill for a quick sear

Hey, where's my beer??  ??? ???
Got Smoke?
