Ground Pork (Now with Pictures)
« Reply #-1 on: June 04, 2014, 08:41:04 AM »
The wife pulled out some ground pork last night.  She was planning on stuffed peppers, but we didn't have any peppers.  I remembered seeing ground lamb on stick once, so that's what we did.  Only we made with the pork, and who doesn't love meat on a stick.  Just used some basic spices, garlic, sea salt, pepper, Ms. Dash, and chopped spinach (it worked well).  I also made some grilled avocado, which is something I found on this site.  Everyone that trys it, loves it.  Had some sliced and baked potatoes, and tomatoes with pesto on the side.   It was a bit hit with everyone, ended up have two extra kids and neighbors come over.  Just an impromp to BBQ, there was barely enough.  With nothing leftover for lunch today.  Pics to follow, I am having resizing issues.

To avoid re-sizing, you can upload teh pics to Photobucket and insert the IMG code found on each photo's page directly into your post.
