The wife pulled out some ground pork last night. She was planning on stuffed peppers, but we didn't have any peppers. I remembered seeing ground lamb on stick once, so that's what we did. Only we made with the pork, and who doesn't love meat on a stick. Just used some basic spices, garlic, sea salt, pepper, Ms. Dash, and chopped spinach (it worked well). I also made some grilled avocado, which is something I found on this site. Everyone that trys it, loves it. Had some sliced and baked potatoes, and tomatoes with pesto on the side. It was a bit hit with everyone, ended up have two extra kids and neighbors come over. Just an impromp to BBQ, there was barely enough. With nothing leftover for lunch today.
