MAKsagna

MrsSTC's school closed down about a week ago, and one of the parents fixed up huge pans of home made lasagna for all of the faculty members.  I pulled ours out of the freezer Friday night to start thawing, and we decided to have it for dinner last night. (and have plenty of leftovers)

In we go at 355°.

1 hour later, take the cover off.

Roughly 30 minutes later.   Looks like lasagna to me.

Hot enough?  Yeah, I think so.

Parked it covered in the microwave and dug out a bag of 'garlic knots' that came with it.   Not sure what those are, but let's make them brown and pretty.

Ring the dinner bell!

OOF, I needed a nap after that.   I filled 3 Ziplock containers with the rest of it, so I see lasagna on the menu for the next couple days at least..  Man it was good.

I need to fix them up a BBQ care package in return.

I'm thinking I would have done the same thing you did Squirt. I would've hurt myself eating a bunch of that
