For the week..
« Reply #-1 on: June 09, 2014, 06:49:52 PM »
With vacation right around the corner and to give the wife a break I decided to "cook" for the week.
"London Broil" garlic olive oil with cilantro and rosemary. injected with beef broth and minced garlic
beer can chicken with evoo and garlic pepper, sea salt. in the can I put sesame oil,  worcestershire, soy sauce and orange juice.
burgers and dogs
and introducing the Amazn tube smoker filled with mesquite pellets.
temps ranged from 200-350 with the dogs and burgers being cooked at the higher temps
