I haven't seen any around NC.  It is a "melt in your mouth" experience to eat some Copper River salmon.

Great looking salmon!  Found some here @ Kroger and had to pass because they wanted $27.99/lb.   ???

Holy Moly!  That is an investment - crazy!!

Beautiful job on the Salmon  8)  Saw some at Costco the other day ... but at the price I just couldn't pull the trigger - even though I sure wanted to  :(

Hi SJ,

May I ask what temp you set your pellet grill for?  I did regular salmon on my Rec Tec last night and started at 300, then up to 360 and finally at 400.  It turned out good

Also, Sam's has the sockeye as well

Howdy MH.  I started at 225 for 15 mins then finished off at 325.  I usually grill it hotter than that (usually on a soaked cedar plank) but I was trying to get some smoke flavor!
