Quick Dinner Bratwurst and Potato Packet
« Reply #-1 on: June 12, 2014, 11:13:42 PM »
I cut up a 1 1/2 lb. section of bratwurst into 4 links, smoked for 45 min. at 175F. Early on tossed on a potato packet that had potatoes, garlic, giardinara mix with oil, and S&P. After awhile cranked up to 375F until done. Tossed on a few buns for a bit of a toast.  We had some homegrown lettuce and had a nice garden salad with bleu cheese to go along with the sausage and potatoes. I had Slawsa and horseradish on mine! And a great big Sailor Jerry rum and coke to top it all off!
