Well as I approach critical mass my wife has decided that during the week we will eat NO RED MEAT :o
I can have real meat on weekends in moderation.
Grilled Salmon , a teriyaki whole wheat pasta dish & broccoli on the grill

Good thing pork is (the other) white meat or this whole thing could easily be construed as cruel and unusual punishment.  Knowing your bride, however, I wouldn't argue with her.  Sorry for your loss but I bet it takes off inches and adds years.
