green machine.i lite the lump in 4 little spots like i was told. in 3 minutes i had a good little fire so i put the plate setter w/ the grill and closed her up. after 10 minutes the

since i haven't figured out how to control the temp yet i thought i would start w/ some abt's.
oh they came out good.
still had heat so let's cook some more.
brought the grate to the table to set up.

brought it in the house.
wife said, "is the skin crunchy?" no dear it's not but it is cooked perfectly. "i want crunchy skin plz". fine......
took the plate setter off and then put grill back on. let's get some crunchy chicken.
opened the bottom vent some more.
top one too.
were getting there.
love the smell of meat smoke.
i must say it was very good. the wife loved it.
