I have had a few folks ask how I made the breakfast fatty for the North Alabama gathering so I thought I'd show you how I make them.

Start by scrambling two eggs and pour them into an eight in fry pan and let them set up without flipping.
Next you need to let the eggs cool completely.  Add your cheese then wrap in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for a few hrs.
Next weave your bacon and place it on plastic wrap, then using a 1 gal zip lock bag flatten your sausage so its end to end in the bag (learned this on another site, great idea)  Once the meat is square, cut the side of the bag and lay the square meat on the bacon.  Once that's done take the eggs and cheese roll lay it on the sausage then roll into a fatty.

Smoke or cook then pour syrup all over and you have a great breakfast

Sounds like to much work to me..........just poor me a another beer Tommy, best way to start the day :)
