I was busy packing up my lasted batch of Kimchi. When I remembered I had some Mad Scientist BBQ Sauce in the the fridge that needed testing. I also just happened to have 3 racks of St Louis style ribs in the fridge. So I seasoned them up with some John Henry's Pecan rub and put them into the Treager.

The Kimchi

Even managed to get a smoke ring on them



The finished rack of Mad Scientist Ribs for my Buddy who is still learning how to cook ribs. Sparky! ;D There was NO FOIL harmed in the making of these ribs! Except for the foil lined sheet pan I brought them into the house with.

tim, tim.  chris is picking on my again.  i have feelings ya know.  lol.....  i will say that those are some might fine looking ribs.  i am still trying to learn how to cook a proper rib.  ya know chris, you could foil a set for me buddy.   ;)

Would sure hate to ruin a good rack of ribs cooking them in foil my friend!!
