Since having my surgery I've sat around way to much and this got me thinking of things to cook
I wanted to try these crackers for sometime and today was the day! These are similar to Wheat Thin crackers but are made from almond flour.
The recipe is 3/4 Almond flour
1/8 tsp garlick powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
3/8 tsp salt
1 egg white Mix all ingredients and roll out on parchment paper 1/8 thick and bake 325 till golden brown (about 15 to 18 mins)
If your doing a low card diet these are really good
