Very good. I think I like little butts better, cook faster, more seasoning area & smoke.Plate with mixed beans & corn.Yep, LA, I prefer the smaller size, too, for the same reasons. 8 pounders take so long to cook and rest, but when I have the butcher cut into 2 pieces, it is much easier to cook. Sometimes I'll just remove the bone myself and slice it in two.
