Title: Spiral Ham on PBC
Post by: Redsx04 on February 07, 2015, 02:32:23 PM
I've never done a spiral ham on the PBC but it turned out really good. Definitely will do again.
I put honey in between each layer and all over the top of ham and brown sugar on top also. Since the ham was already pre-cooked I just brought it to 140 degrees. It took just over 2 hours. I used a pan and smoked on the grate. I also used Apple chunks. Sorry for no pics. Next time I will post.

Sounds great!

I hear they use a unicorn horn to create the spiral cut :P
