Personally, I never saw the need for wrapping on the PBC. With the super moist cooking environment, the ribs always came out great as is :)

Miss my PBC sometimes :'(

I never wrap my ribs, I may take them off the hook near the end and place on the grate for saucing but that's it :)

Irregardless of what cooker I do ribs on, I haven't wrapped in years! They are good wrapped, but a lot of work and when it comes down to it, to me they taste better and look better unwrapped or as big boy ribs! 8)

Yes, I've done it a bunch of times.  I put the hooks in the alum foil after I wrapped them.  I like hanging stuff.

I like to think that I am pretty open minded.....So, when someone mentions a technique that I have not tried...rather than dismiss it - I think -" well...Why Not?" Sometimes the simplest things that I did not expect to work or improve my cook methods - have been real improvements. And, sometimes they were ideas that may have made a difference - but the idea just was not for me. But I would never know unless I tried. :)

Cooking - should not be a "static" experience. It is all about taking what you know - or think you know... ;) and remaining open to trying new things. You will discover that there are always many ways to accomplish the task. That gained knowledge makes you more capable ;D

I always wrap mine and add either apple juice or Coca-Cola...  (sometime when the wife isn't looking I add a little bourbon to the coke)

I just started adding the Soda and it is delicious.

i ended up wrapping this weekend and they turned out really good.  If i had to pick i might say the wrapping is my favorite, but i have to fine tune it a bit.  both ways though are really good.

Tommy always said "Don't fear the soda" ...

I've unwrapped more then wrapped, Prefer unwrapped, I think a lot depends on what type of grill you are cooking on.

Agree.  I've never wrapped my PBC ribs but I use it for "friends and family" ribs not competition.  If they are a little over or underdone, nobody cares as long as they taste great -- which they always do.  Even on my pellet cookers I don't wrap ribs unless I'm in competition and have to score a perfect bite.  Wrapping is a royal PITA so I don't do it unless I have to and I don't think the PBC demands it -- ribs stay moist there.
