Half chickens

The skin was great, it could have probably used another 5 or 10 minutes though. I never worry about the temperature inside, I just go by the feel of the heat inside and leave the vent set. If the temperature went up from wood chips it will go down quickly once they're done burning. Chickens were great as usual. The third one and leftovers turned into chicken salad for lunch
