Very interesting..I knew most of this by being diabetic..it's a learning thing..took years tho. This is why I try to do it logically for my own health. I have to. Have not gone to insulin yet and it's will be 20 years next summer.

I am waiting on the study that says my two favorite spices, barley and hops, are good for you.

Well..twopockets...they are veggies..so they have to be good for you..think fiber, filtered too.  Pammie ★*˚°。°

The health laws in Germany are so strict on beer makers that beer is actually classified as "liquid bread".  Truth.

My wife's Aunt Francis used to crack open a beer and say "Beer, a pork chop in every bottle".
