One bro-in-law cooked a whole hog whilst another cooked 30 drumsticks - not drumettes - in his Big Easy. I'd never seen that before and figgered you haven't either (maybe RAD has), so I took a snapshot.
He had 6 bamboo skewers holding 'em each stretching across the basket in 3 layers (for those of you in Hawaii, that would be 2 skewers on each layer). You can only see the top layer in the picture. I could only see 2 layers when I looked in.
B T W, they really turned out.
Another cook outside the box.

Sounds like you got off easy, but it sure looks good.

That's a lot of drumsticks in that Big Easy. I would really be interested in seeing a pic of the whole hog being cooked. And Jaxon, there is nobody reading this in Hawaii because Hawaii is on vacation.

Great job on the drumsticks. ;)

Very interesting Jaxon! I like to see different ways to do the same things too! A little exercising of the brain.....always a good thing! 30 drumsticks, does that mean there could-be one for me? :D
