Title: Leg quarters in TBE
Post by: grillwin72 on January 03, 2017, 07:02:25 PM
Has some leg quarters and got the leg hooks for the basket. After rubbing then and leaving in the fridge for 3 hours, fired up TBE and after an hour the quarters came out crispy and juicy(http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170104/3d56bb360d04e5aaed4f4f60ddc14ed7.jpg)(http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170104/9243e11c1056a8c79a7874c80db558cd.jpg)(http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170104/5fcd9a351552145e80c364fe5b2c377c.jpg)(http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170104/e414a047ba2f6fe78326c1fd0f806724.jpg)

Good looking cook.
My favorite way to cook chicken legs.
