Title: Wings & corn
Post by: Roget on May 04, 2017, 03:52:10 PM
I did wings in the BigEasy last night.
I seasoned them with a cajun/ranch concoction (cayenne & black pepper, salt, onion & garlic powder, & ranch powder)

Brought the wings up to 170F
It took about 40 minutes.

I got the corn on too late to get a good char, but it was good.
Even though the wings were cooked through I like mine a little crispier.
Next time I will cook them to a higher IT.
That's what I like about the BigEasy. I have taken chicken to an IT of over 200F & they were still not dried out.
