Title: Smoked Brisket Stew
Post by: RAD on August 22, 2017, 10:22:58 AM
I did a smoked brisket using the SnS the other day and made smoked brisket stew with the leftovers. Good thing abut making stew is you can put in whatever you have in the fridge.

That looks great.  Brisket is really good in stews & soups.  Brisket stew & chili is a fav around here.

Not much of a tip but I added a can of tomato paste to some beef broth. This was really a good tasting stew.

RAD that looks fantastic.  Brisket leftovers are so versatile.  Great use there!
