About a year ago hurt my knee , found I had high blood pressure & mildly high cholesterol ???
Decided I needed to lose 20 lbs.
Well a year later stuck at 49 lbs.
High fiber, complex carbohydrates, mostly vegetables.
Had lots grilled fish ( hate chicken breasts) had a burger or half a steak about once a week.
Cooked pot of dried beans in instant pot about twice a week.
Really haven’t smoked but a couple times.
Decided I needed to smoke ribs & starting a rack baby back & rack of St. Louis spare ribs.
Tonight will have 1/4 rack ribs , lots of beans & grilled vegetables.
