Post by: Keymaster on February 18, 2013, 05:33:45 PM
Started with grilling a Home made Brat

Time to build the sandwich, Sliced grilled brat, dry salami, bacon, sauerkraut, little mazettas veggie mix and Munster cheese.

Under the broiler for a few minutes and it was a great tasting warmed sandwich.

A great looking sandwich! But, that poor brat looked so lonely on the SRG. Next time, put two on there and give me a call!

The only pepperocini in the whole jar of mixed vegtables :)

David, that was a lonely cook for the brat and me. Its kinda cold out, I pulled up a chair and nestled right up to the SRG to stay warm :)

I would have felt obliged to make (and eat) a few of those to justify firing up the cooker. ;)

Agree!  It's kind of like the Lay's potato chip ad -- . . . you can't eat just one  :o

Yeah, I would have eaten the whole thing also...and maybe a couple of the fingers of anyone else reaching for it.

I noticed on your grill there looks like a bristle from your grill brush laying between the grates.  Caution for all.  These bristles do occasionally come off the brush.  Specially when the brush starts aging.  Try to brush them off, blow them off, or pick them off.  You don't want your food grabbing it and then transferring it to your mouth.

good point tinmel. We had a man in our area loose a foot of intestine from eatin a brush bristle. I did see that and pretty sure it was a pine needle. :)
