Cooked #115 butt in an SRG and met a new forum member
« Reply #-1 on: July 12, 2014, 10:34:12 PM »
Today I cooked #115 butt in infrared and meet Yoda42 for the first time.   Great guy and he will fit right in this nut house well  :D    Turns out he lives just down the road from me so I bet we'll be doing some cooking together and learning from each other.   The bet rest of the Alabama Gang will like him as well as I do. ;)

Yoda42 , you found the best site on the net to call home :) :) :)

When you cook it ahead of time and seal it, what do you do to reheat it to serve at a later time?
