Dryaged whole rib roast 39 days

I made a roast for Christmas and some steaks. I can’t wait to try this. Sorry theirs no cook pic ( yet) but I’m gonna freeze it. I hope the quality of the roast Dosent suffer from freezing. Always had them fresh in the past.
