Genoa Salami roll

I know it's not a big thing but for an Italian not to eat  a Genoa salami sandwhich from time to time is heart breaking

So I cheat a little and make salami rolls out of lavish bread and thin cut Genoa salami  ;)

Never tried that. I love salami.
