Take a Chuck roast slice real thin and remove as fat as you can.
Add 3 oz of real butter into a pan and turn on heat to med high
next brown meat and then remove meat to a bowl. Next toss a small white
onion into the butter and cook down for 15 to 20 mins. When the onions are
cooked add 10 oz beef broth and salt and pepper to taste. Next add the meat back
to the pan and let it simmer for 30 mins.  After the meat has simmered add 3 Tbs
Low Carb flour (Amazon has it) to about 1/2 cup water and mix well then add to the
pan and stir till it thickens add a top and let simmer for a min of 1 hr I go
2 hrs because I like the meat very tender.

Bread used was no carb bread from Aldi's good stuff!

That looks as though it would be good over mashed potatoes.

Looks mighty good.  I cooked two chucks on the Bullseye yesterday and caught all the drippings...

Yes by far and close to real bread.  I made French toast the other day worked great did not get soggy stayed firm with a ton of egg on it
