Honey Powder Ribs!
« Reply #-1 on: February 24, 2013, 11:03:28 PM »
I have been looking for this stuff for sometime and Kimmie found me some.  So she ask "What you gonna do with it"??

Hell I'm doing ribs!!!
Mine have a sauce made from my rub, BBQ sauce and Honey Powder  Kimmies were just rub and Honey Powder

These were as close to candy ribs as I have ever had!

Cook well done! All of it looks good!  If I knew you wanted honey powder I would have sent it to you...been using it a couple years now.  One of my favorite uses is on belly when smoking bacon.

The honey powder seems to add a few things to the ribs.  A nice gloss to the sauce, thickens the sauce/rub very well and the taste is very sweet like honey  so to me it's a win win win!  Will use it again in a lot of cooks

If I knew you could get it I would have ordered some from you.  ;)  Kill stuff

OBTW... Ken She loved them just the way the were!
