Ok i have a question, i just saw the post by TMB about the scotched eggs and i have got to try these! Did you cook them on top of the grill or just on the rack, using the SRG as a roaster?

These are easy to make..hard boil your eggs..I use the medium size eggs. Then wrap in sausage, I use 1 lb of sausage for 4 eggs. You can do on a grill, smoker, srg, whatever you have. As long as the sausage is done, your good to go. I like a lil smoke on mine first then finish them. I like mine with some salsa and Frank's hot sauce too. You can also wrap them in bacon with some Super Pig on the inside of the bacon, or add anything you like. I have also mixed some jalapeno powder in the sausage before putting on the eggs. Enjoy.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ
