A guy who works part time at Academy works for a meat wholesaler for his full time job. He has told me the Chuck Steaks are as good as ribeye at less cost. I haven't found them in the store yet.

Here's a Link to Rums explanation of meat cuts and names and Chuck eye steak is on there. I was starting to think maybe The butchers name was Chuck and he just liked cutting oddball steaks out of chuck roasts ;) That was just as good as a ribeye in my book plus a little less fat which is even better.
