Looks Great SAM3... what was the Internal Temp when you pulled them from the BEESR?  I too am anxious to start using the BEESR now that Spring is here (Although Spring is short-lived this year here in Iowa. It didn't arrive until Sunday, May 5th, and it is all done with by Monday, May 13th...Summer rolls in next week, expecting 95* on Tuesday)

Don, I pulled them at 170. I left the probe in the thigh while it was resting and it climbed 4 more degrees.

Lid down. I used the Maverick ET-732 w/remote to keep an eye on the temps.

Yea, it's a neat trick. Your chicken came out real nice in your earlier post today, I'm going to try a whole bird soon.
