Just a nice day to cook  two, 6 lbs yardbirds at work

Nice lookin' birds, Tommy! I go back and forth between the SRG and the PBC for my birds. Hard to beat the just plain goodness of the SRG. But, the PBC adds that "charcoal" flavor and dang, I like that too. I will say, that generally, I like the skin better off the SRG. But, mostly I take the skin off before eating anyway. The fact is, I am happy I have both!

Yes, two yardbirds in this one.  This Big Easy is the 25 lb unit, where you can cook up to a 25 lb turkey instead of the 16 lb for the reg Big Easy.  This unit was sold only through Costco but didn't stay around long.
