Well I just completed # 94 pork butt in infrared and will finish #100 Saturday! Here will be he final cook
2 SRG's with two butts each and the Pellet Big Easy will have two in it.
So when the 100th one is completed here is the lay out of which cookers were used
SRG's (2)...... 86 butts completed
BEESR's (2).... 4 butts completed
Pellet Big East 6 butts completed
CharCoal Big Easy 4 butts complete
To me this really shows how well built the SRG's are and if taken care of will cook a lot of food. Also remember I have many turkeys, yardbirds, wings, beef roast and a bunch of other foods cooked with these two units!
I can see many many more years with my two SRG's!
