I had some left over thinly sliced chuck beef from another cook
and wondered "what do I do with this?" So after some thinking I came up with a plan
I grabbed the Soy Vay and some pineapple juice. Trimmed the meat and cut them into strips. I then loaded the meat, juice, and Soy Vay into the vacuum marinator..
Meat is now skewered and lightly coated with sesame seeds...
And now onto my TBE with a SRG grill...
Getting some nice color...
All grilled up..
Now fancy plated with peanut butter sauce
