Number 118 and 119 are finished
« Reply #-1 on: May 19, 2014, 12:26:59 PM »
Just finished # 118 and #119 butts in infrared.  Will do four more next week, so hoping to hit 150 by the end of the year!

These are for my oldest son's rehearsal dinner in Sept.  Kimmie wanted me to cook them now because of the bad knees and back.  Never know when I'll be in the hospital  ??? ??? ???

Looking  good Tommy.  Is less cook time the primary reason you use the tbe/srg as opposed to a longer cook on a smoker.

That too.  Eating PulledPork leads to needing PhysicalTherapy.
