This morning I mixed up the ingredients for tonight dinner. Salmon patties or fish cakes.
Since the weather was nice out this afternoon I decided to cook these outside on the Weber griddle. This is a nice griddle! I used to have a Blackstone 22" portable one but upgraded Got a deal on this Weber that was too good to pass up.
Served with steamed broccoli and mac and cheese.
Broccoli was pretty simple with Parmesan cheese, butter and a Calabrian chili, roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese seasoning.
Pretty darn good meal!!!!!

Those look really great. Growing up in the 50's and 60's, we used tuna. Mom called them tuna croquettes. Salmon was out of our price range. And we had Mac and cheese as well. A real treat on meatless Fridays and during Lent. Thanks for sharing!

Looks great!
How did you fix the salmon---smash them up into patties? Breading?
Curious how you would do the tuna patties as well.
