Title: Two nights on the BlackStone flat top
Post by: Roget on September 06, 2018, 10:14:20 AM
I fired up the flat top Tuesday night and cooked some hamburger steaks.

Mine was a twelve ounce steak. V's was eight ounces.
Served with boiled potatoes & baby Lima beans.

While I had the flat top uncovered I thought I wanted some smashburgers, so last night I fired it up again.
80 grams of 80/20 GB is perfect for a greasy smashburger.
Add chopped yellow onion & a slice of American cheese.
cook @ 500°-525°.

This is my plate. V only ate two.  :D
