Title: Chicken Stir Fry on the Blackstone Griddle

My wife wanted chicken stir fry for dinner and she wanted to cook it on the griddle. I fired up the Blackstone and let her cook
away! I just took the photos.  She cut up thighs, zucchini, onions and used Jasmine rice along with teriyaki sauce.

Delicious dinner! Since this is the only one of my outside cookers she will use I think it belongs to her now!  ;) ;D

Mike, let her have it. Now you need to get another one for yourself so y'all can have dueling flat tops. Looks like she might give you a run for your money.
