Grilled Tenderloin
« Reply #-1 on: June 27, 2019, 12:34:59 PM »
I found a couple of tenderloins in the freezer yesterday, so I uncovered the Blackstone flat top & prepared them for dinner.
I pounded them out and marinated them for a couple hours in a mixture of  soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

Threw them on the flat top for a few minutes.

Plated them with some cornbread dressing and green beans.

They were melt in your mouth tender and the Asian seasonings were perfect.

Thanks for the photo. My first thought was that you'd spent hours pounding and marinating a beef tenderloin filet. Then I saw the photo and immediately stopped screaming. Looks like a great recipe for pig parts.
