Title: Cedar plank salmon and aspargas (unicorn)
Post by: Bob c cue on August 15, 2014, 08:25:37 PM
Sorry I did not take any pics but just made cedar smoked salmon on my Pit Barrel Cooker according to the PBC video. Took 25 minutes and it turned out to be some the moisest, most flavorful salmon I have ever had. Also put some asparagus on the grate and it was very tasty indeed.

Used to eat asparagus out of a can as a kid, but on the grill or smoker it's fantastic. Don't think there is anything the PBC cannot do well. So happy I made the investment and so is my wife.

Sounds good, I agree that fresh vegetables grilled can't be beat.  ;)

Sounds delicious! I love grilled vegetables. I like alder or maple planks as well.

X2 - grilling gives that extra boost to flavor
