Title: First pork shoulder in PBC

I cooked this 10 pounder last weekend. Used meathead's Memphis dust. First I hung it and them wrapped in foil for final two hours with a little beer in the foil.

It was great and we had Lots of left overs.

Yes it was. And I have ribs in the cooker right now. Can't wait!
