Title: M-3 chicken legs

More M-3 coated chicken legs done in the PBC. Using the Big Easy basket with the leg racks. Works really well...

One hour later they are done. 55 minutes with lid on and 5 minutes off to finish...

They always come out good in the PBC...

Those legs were super juicy and great skin. The M-3 is always a winner with chicken!

The PCB and the rack from TBE work well together and Muebe's always doing something good with them :D

Now cut the sides out and you have the perfect butt basket to hang in the PCB
