Title: Sparky, oh the voodoo you do

Kimmie asked what was for dinner I said chicken and corn.   Went looking through my stash of rubs and spices and found Sparky's voodoo rub.   So I said Sparky this is for you..

Took Sparky's rub and ground it up fine so I could inject it.

Mixed up some olive oil and voodoo

After injection I rubbed some more rub on the skin and set in fridge for a few hours.

This VooDoo rub is killer.  Can't wait to use it again!

Thanks all.   The olive oil really added a nice touch to the meat and the skin was nice as well.
