Title: Surf and Turf

For Valentine's Day I decided to do Surf and Turf, got some prime fillets and Pacific Cod fillets from Costco.  I cooked the fillets on the SRG and the fish on the Cast Iron with some olive oil and butter.  The fillets took about 8 minutes per side on SRG and the cod took about 3 minutes per side in the cast iron.
