Had a whole chicken and didn’t know what to do with it so I thought why not FRY it in the SRG and use the Smoken Tommy ring for extra flavor
First picture is the smoking ring getting ready
The chicken, brined in a simple brine then coated with almond oil than Mrs.Dash seasoning
still going sting after 30 mins

Great looking chicken Tommy. Bet it was juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside............my kinda chicken.
